Is the time. The year had just begun
And this night I had to make my wishes.
Maybe when I look to the risen Sun
I’ve already forgotten all of them
And had to make them all again,
But now is the time, the hour of the witches.
My first wish will go to that new country
And for the reborn of their nation:
So may the be like the bird who flies free
And their neighbors respect their given will.
May they learn how to get the needed skills
To help their country in reconstruction.
The second will be to my fatherland,
The land where I’ve born, several years ago:
May their leaders finally understand
The suffering of the people, ‘coz the greed
For gold that they had is not the child’s needs
Nor the needs of who die in such sorrow.
The third will go to my home nation
This little country, this old empire:
May they rediscover new directions,
New routes where they could be big again.
May they forgot the sorrow and pain
Of whom lost everything for the fire.
The fourth will go to our suffering world:
May we found the cure for its decease;
May we forget our obsession for the gold,
Yellow or black, an respect our home,
And save it for the ones that will come,
And so our global wealth will increase.
The fifth will go to the human race:
May we forget all the old differences
That from the beginning cause disgraces,
Between all the men that live under the Sun
Since the times when it all begun,
And may we forget all the offences.
My sixth wish will go to the last stone
Of the mightiest kingdom of the past:
May they find their selves not just alone
Under the rules of the scarlet beast,
That on their homes begun their oun feast,
But may they find the freedom that will last.
The seventh wish will go just to myself:
May I find all the things I’ve forgotten;
May I learn how to break my impious shell
And rise as the phoenix from the aches,
Even when my feelings are the matches;
Even when my thoughts are cold and rotten.
The eighth will goto my loved ones,
To my family, to whom I owe all:
May they find the peace under the Sun;
May they learn how to forget the pain
That comes again and again, and again…
And may they learn how to break all the walls.
The ninth is for my immortal love,
The only one for whom I’ve always wait for:
Mau she walk through all the places I move
And may she find the happiness with me.
I wish to have all the world for her to see,
All the wealth in the world and much more!
The tenth wish will go for all of my friends,
For all that crossed my life in the past:
May they all grow as some mighty men,
And that everything they may search, they find.
I wish they may be useful for mankind,
From their first day until their very last.
The eleventh wish is for my enemies
For those who have anything against me:
May they find the truth behind all their lies
That they say ‘bout me every moment.
May they find the sorrow of my lament
And my laughs when they junp into the sea.
My last wish is for the ones I forget,
For every one that pass and make no sign:
May they live their lives without regrets
‘Bout the ways they’re used to live.
May they find ev’rything ‘bout survive
In this world that have no straight lines.
This are the twelve wishes I’ve made this year,
And I just wish that anyone come true!
May everyone leave behind all their fears
And fight to conquer their place in the sky
In all their different skies, or at least try,
Try like there’s nothing more for they to do.
